Multiplicity is an agency for territorial investigations based in Milan. The agency realises projects in divers areas of the world using multiple systems of analysis, surveying and representation. Multiplicity is an ever-changing network (actually involving 40/80 persons in 5 main projects) recruited in the actual geographical area of intervention. The network is formed by architects, geographers, artists, urban planners, photographers, sociologists, economists, moviemakers etc. Multiplicity projects and produces installations, workshops and books about the recent and hidden processes of transformation of the urban conditions. Realised projects include USE-Uncertain States of Europe (Bordeaux, Brussels, Tokyo), Tokyo Voids (Tokyo) and USE-The Future of City Europe (Milan). Publications include Mutations (Actar), Mutations (TN Probe) and USE-The Future of City Europe (Skira).

Multiplicity ist eine Agentur für territoriale Erforschungen, die in Mailand ansässig ist. Die Agentur realisiert Projekte in den verschiedensten Gebieten der Welt und benutzt hierfür vielfältige Methoden der Analyse, Erforschung und Darstellung. Multiplicity ist ein sich ständig anpassendes Netzwerk (bei dem zur Zeit 40/80 Personen an 5 Hauptprojekten beteiligt sind), abhängig von dem jeweiligen geographischen Einsatzgebiet. Das Netzwerk setzt sich zusammen aus Architekten, Geographen, Künstlern, Stadtplanern, Fotografen, Soziologen, Wirtschaftswissenschaftlern, Filmemachern etc. Multiplicity projeziert und produziert Installationen, Workshops und Bücher, die sich mit neuen und versteckten Transformationsprozessen von urbanen Bedingungen auseinandersetzen. Realisierte Projekte sind unter anderem USE-Uncertain States of Europe (Bordeaux, Brüssel, Tokyo), Tokyo Voids (Tokyo) und USE-The Future of City Europe (Mailand).
